⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently used Glass Inspirations to install a toughened glass balustrade to our staircase and also replace a blown double glazed unit. The staircase is located within our dining room, so we wanted a solution that provided the necessary safety and protection for children without making the room feel smaller or darker. The glass balustrade was the perfect answer and has completely transformed the space while maintaining an open feel. From quotation through to installation, the team were professional, friendly and reliable. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, they left everything clean and tidy, and the finished result looks fantastic. We are delighted with the outcome and would have no hesitation recommending Glass Inspirations to others.

I have used Glass Inspirations a few times now and have found them to be brilliant! When we had our kitchen renovation in 2021 they installed a mirrored splashback behind our range oven and below our wall mounted units. We have just recently used them again to supply and for a bespoke floor to ceiling wall mirror which looks simply stunning. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company as from start to finish, they are fabulous. Kirsty was always at the other end of the phone and couldn’t have been more helpful - Jez (the owner I believe) for his personal input and amazing service and also the team who came out in the first instance to take measurements and then subsequently to take care of the installation. Great experience... We wanted a glass splashback behind the hob made to measure so it goes from the worktop to the extractor hood. We visited the showroom in Fleet and they were very helpful and patient with us as we weren't sure about colour design. They can do anything... And we ended up designing our own with them. This company has been fabulous. They have been so patient with me, given the extensive choice they have to offer and the time I took deliberating over all the options. I think I must have been a frustration customer to have, but they never made me feel like that. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.This is the second time I have used them for my glass kitchen splashbacks.The whole team are professional and deliver excellent service.I cannot fault the men who came to measure,the manager Jez,or Kirsty who handles customer service telephone enquiries.They did not have the muted gold I was after in their shop display but Kirsty ordered it and could not have found a better colour match for the gold accents on my new kitchen units.I chose copper sparkle and chose a digital image of wild flowers from Shuttlestock.They are also price competitive compared to others.I mentioned to Jez that the quote was higher than that 5 years ago but I understood that prices had risen.Imagine my surprise when he replied not by that much and agreed to reduce the price after a review.The time taken from intial template visit to installation was only 3 weeks.The boys who did the installation took pride in their work and were meticulous.When I realised the hot water was not working the following day Jez sent an electrician eventhough their usual electrician was hospitalised and covered the cost.The issue was quickly rectified.No quibbling eventhough I had already made full payment.E mails are answered promptly and the whole experience was stress free.

I can highly recommend Glass Inspirations, Fleet. The in-store customer service was excellent; truly helpful and so accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble for them to deal with. The choice of ideas they display is amazing. I used a design produced by my Grandson and it came up absolutely perfect in every way. Excellent help and support

It is a great showroom with lots of ideas and examples on show. Kirsty was very helpful. Parking is at the rear of the showroom and may be a challenge at busy periods. However, there are plenty of public car parks around.
